This is Chelsea’s second time after 2012 when Drogba won them their first European title.

Kai Havertz, a 21-year-old German forward, scored late in the first half Saturday as Chelsea upset Manchester City, 1-0, to win its second European championship.

Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola remains European trophyless for the last 10 years. The last time he won Champions League was with Barcelona 2011 .
