The biggest daily rise of Covid cases on Thursday reported in New South Wales(NSW) state of Australia.
Sydney, the largest city of Australia is currently under hard lock-down, But the cases go up.
There are now new 38 local cases reported in NSW yesterday, up from 27 a day earlier, with 11 of those having spent time in the community while infectious.
Covid variant Delta strain is transmitting in New South Wales.
NSW state premier Gladys Berejiklian said, “It’s really important for all of us to stay the course and follow the health advice to give us the best chance of getting out of this lockdown in a timely way,”
In Sydney, A strict stay-at-home has been in force since June 26.
