Amitabh Bachchan’s voice is now available on Amazon Alexa in India. Amazon introduced the 78-year-old Bollywood star’s voice on Thursday as part of its push to entertain existing customers and convince new ones to use its voice assistant over Google Assistant and Apple’s Siri.
Amazon has made Amitabh Bachchan’s voice available on Alexa for Rs. 149 (MRP Rs. 299) per year. To purchase the celebrity voice, say, “Alexa, introduce me to Amitabh Bachchan.” You can also purchase it directly from Amazon. After confirmation of the purchase, You’ll be able to interact with the actor’s voice right away. You can also use the wake word “Amit Ji” to interact with Bachchan’s voice by asking, “Alexa, enable Amit Ji to wake word.”
It will work in conjunction with the default wake word “Alexa.” This means you can activate the voice assistant by saying “Alexa” and then speaking with the actor’s voice by saying “Amit Ji.”
