Sherlyn Chopra, a Bollywood actor, has sued Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty for allegedly defrauding her and harassing her mentally. Sherlyn Chopra, an actress, filed a complaint against Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty on October 14th.
“I have submitted a complaint to register an FIR against Raj Kundra for sexual harassment, cheating, and criminal intimidation,” she claimed while speaking to the reporters at the Juhu police station.
Raj Kundra allegedly threatened her several times, prompting her to drop the case against him, but she has now returned with all the courage she needs to battle him. “I went to the Juhu police station on April 20, 2021, to take her case against Raj Kundra back,” she said.
Sherlyn Chopra made more allegations against Raj Kundra, alleging that on March 27, 2019, Kundra came to her house late at night and sexually abused her. She claims she had to perform a photograph under pressure on March 29. Raj Kundra then allegedly pursued Sherlyn for the next ten months, asking her to join his other firm JL Stream and upload fitness-related content.
Raj Kundra, a businessman, was detained on July 19 along with 11 other people on allegations of allegedly making pornographic videos. Raj was granted bail in the pornographic case on September 20 by a Mumbai court on a guarantee of Rs 50,000.
